Googled some fixes for your mic if you want to try em.
1) "Hello All,
Sorry to hear you are having issues that you mic volume being adjusted, could you try the following
From the Control Panel can you click on Sound, from the sound properties Windows.
Click the "Recording" tab.
Right click on your microphone and select "Properties".
Select the "Advanced" tab on the new Window.
Can you un-check the option "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
Click Apply and then can you try the game again."
2) " Playing around with this issue I have had myself with Ubisoft games, weirdly I didn't have this problem with Rainbow Six Siege, but with For Honor this has been a problem, so here are the steps I took to fix this
If you go into Options>Audio, There are two options in there, Voice chat volume, and Voice out volume. The mic % volume I use on other applications are at 80% so I moved these to 80, Up on restarting the game and looking at Realtek audio manager, up on reaching the menu the mic levels no longer changed, cause the in game settings equaled external ones.
This isn't a solid fix, but it will stop the application changing the levels without your permission"
