Building new rig

My rad is attached at the top, and I was able to place extra fans so I have it in a push/pull config as an intake

I can't find a decent watercooler at a price range for my needs (not-OC) that makes no sound. The Silent Loops was probably the most interesting. Corsair can't run at low db, I've read it everywhere.
Then I prefer a silent air cooler. Much cheaper! Opens some more budget to pay for the Sennheiser. :-) I still had spent more than originally planned before I decided not to take the liquid cooling. So now that's fixed.
I currently have the very good 212 EVO, so let's look at the upgrade with a red led for my red case. Cooler Master Hyper 212 Led
And add a 140 mm case fan: Corsair ML140 Pro LED Should be very quiet. Maybe put this one on the rear and the current one on top. Might look better.

What's your budget for a cooler mate?

I don't have a budget determined. But I am a finance guy so going yolo on buying equipment isn't my style. I need a good ratio investment/performance. So a fancy liquid cooler is good for OC but for me one of the best air coolers for non-OC will do just fine. So that's why I ordered the Hyper 212 LED.
So to complete my RIG:
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED : Megekko.nl 32 EUR
Case fan: Corsair ML140 PRO LED Red 140mm : Megekko.nl 30 EUR
That brings the total on 960 EUR.
Minus revenu from second hand sales = -70 EUR and probably can sell the mobo, cpu and memory for 200 EUR.
