Ready or Not

Weapons and attachments are a goal of ours, but first up we want to make regular iron-sights as enjoyable (to their real-life counterparts at least) as possible.
We will never, ever have hot-pink or neon camouflage. This is a tactical FPS, not a Jackson Pollock art gallery. In the event we do add different "skins", these will most likely be cosmetic enhancements like different weapon grips, aftermarket slides, and the like. Our plans will be more outlined when we get to that stage, but that's a very late stage. The game being fun is our first priority!
For starters, creating multiple levels in this time span is no easy task. We'll do what we can and see where it goes. We don't want to have a lazy release, and we'll make our decision when we're a little closer. As you can see, we have two levels "built" (Killhouse and Apartment), but not entirely suited to gameplay. We do have some blockouts that we run to test the gamemodes and game feel, however.
As for "something playable", I should've said "something enjoyable". We're not going to let something we've spent so much time on get released to the public half-arsed. When the time comes, we'll definitely be providing a demo and bring on some public alpha and beta testers to give us a testing group.
We have some plans for funding, but it's still amidst discussion.
We're definitely looking to expand our team in the future, too. I agree that from any perspective it's fair to call this ambitious, but without that ambition in the first place, we'd probably have lacked the drive to get this far. It's worth taking a risk and creating something a bit different over something generic.
It's totally fine to be skeptical. We're not asking for anything but your time right now, anyway. Hopefully the more we release, the less skeptical people will be :)
This was one of the first features we did back in the day -- you won't have a magazine pool of ammo. Each magazine retains its own figure.

I saw this as well, looks like it could be an interesting game. Hope it works out well as I'd like to play more tactical shooters. Might try and get myself in the alpha.

I suppose not before Q1 2018. Or Q4 2018

Yep I'm deffo interested in this game. Hoping they can release a nice polished product. I think we might have been spoily with some of the graphics in R6, so I'm setting my expectations lower and if they exceed them, bonus!
